Pablo Neruda the greatest Spanish poet and a Nobel laureate became very close to me when I got the chance to play him in play titled "Vathai" in Tamil directed by Dushi Gnanapiragasam.
This play was staged for 12th Arangadal - a festivel of Plays and dance held on 13th March 2005.
I think it is great to play such a great poet on stage.
